Access your patient portal through the new Electronic Records System. The patient portal is no longer located in Quantum and is now in TEBRA.
Dear Patient, Dr. Wolloch’s office has implemented a new Electronic Records System.
Your patient portal is no longer located in Quantum, it is now in the new system, TEBRA.
You will have to create access to the new portal when you receive an email invitation/link from the office.
The portal gives patients access to health records, documents, medical messages, uploads, and itemized charge receipts.
