We have implemented a new Electronic Records System. Your patient portal is no longer located in Quantum, it is now in the new system, TEBRA. You will have to create access to the new portal when you receive an email invitation/link from the office.

You can always reach the portal from:

Health Records:

• Lab Results

• Pap, blood test results, urine culture, vaginal cultures

Documents:

• Prescriptions

• Specialty testing: Spectra Cell, Sibo, etc.

• Imaging reports: Bone Scans, Mammograms, Ultrasounds, etc.
